Tiny Desk AI privacy notice (draft)

Preview draft — updated October 28, 2026. This notice describes the current preview and the intended paid service. It is not a finalized policy for collecting customer photos or taking payments.

Photos in the current preview

Account creation, purchases and generation uploads are not available in this preview. A photo selected on the homepage is displayed locally in your browser; that action does not send it to an AI service or start a generation job.

Our hosting service processes the technical requests needed to deliver the website. We have not yet published final retention periods for service records.

External AI links

The Ask AI section can open an external AI service with a public question about our product. It does not include your selected photo or account details. The external service has its own privacy terms, and may require you to sign in or submit the question there.

When generation becomes available

The intended service uses account information, payment references, authorized input photos and output files to provide video generation. Payments are intended to be handled by Stripe. Media storage is designed to be private, with downloads restricted to the owner. The input needed to produce a clip will be sent to an AI provider.

Those planned controls do not establish a provider no-training policy, immediate deletion or an unlimited storage promise.

Retention and deletion

Final retention periods, deletion procedures and the operating entity have not yet been published. These details must be completed before the paid service opens. Do not treat the preview as a promise to store a file for a particular number of days or years.
