## About this project
Tiny Desk AI is our independent photo-to-video project for fictional desk-concert clips. Our planned public address is tiny-deskai.org; the active address of this preview may differ. We are not affiliated with NPR or its Tiny Desk Concerts.

## Current availability
This website is a frontend preview. Accounts, purchases and video generation are not available here. The reference videos illustrate the desk-concert trend; they were not generated by this site and are not customer results. A complete customer workflow and an actual generated sample still need to be verified before paid access opens.

## Planned video and audio format
The configured format is a 15-second, 720p, vertical 9:16 MP4 with AI-generated audio, using one consenting adult as the reference. The intended scene is a fictional desk concert. Likeness, sound, instruments and scene timing may vary; the preview does not demonstrate output quality or guarantee a specific result.

## Photo requirements
Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo up to 8 MB, with one clearly visible adult. Use your own photo or obtain that adult’s permission, along with any rights needed to process the image. Selecting a photo on the current homepage only creates a local browser preview; it does not submit a generation job.

## Credits and failed jobs
The planned generation service uses credits. Its current credit handling returns reserved credits once when a job is confirmed to have failed. Jobs with unconfirmed outcomes are held for review. Credit restoration is separate from a cash refund; purchases are unavailable and final cash-refund terms have not been published.

## Privacy and retention
The current homepage does not send a selected photo for generation. When generation is offered, processing will require providing the input to an AI service. Our privacy notice is a draft: retention periods, deletion procedures and the operating entity still need to be finalized. The preview does not establish an immediate-deletion or provider no-training promise.
